The IBC is changing to help meet the needs of the research community. In an effort to streamline the IBC process, all new IBC applications and renewals must go through the iStar system as of January 2014. A single IBC application may cover multiple grants/projects, provided that all biohazardous procedures are included and described on the application. Please the Biosafety Office if you have any questions about this process.
